Golden Gate Rocket Labs Takes Off: Our First TARC Competition Journey 🚀
With no prior experience and only three members, our journey was anything but easy. From countless hours designing and testing to overcoming setbacks, we pushed ourselves to learn, innovate, and build. Each failed launch taught us valuable lessons, and every small success fueled our determination.

We conducted outreach by presenting at our local library, sharing our passion for STEM with young learners. To support our projects, we also organized a pizza fundraiser, bringing our team together to raise funds for materials and competition costs. Through these efforts, we strengthened our teamwork and commitment to advancing aerospace education.

This year’s competition presents exciting challenges for our team. The mission: design a rocket that securely cradles two eggs, oriented sideways, and reaches an altitude of 790 feet. To succeed, our rocket must also return safely to Earth within 41 to 44 seconds.
